Lpoker Terms & Conditions — please read before you get started

📋Introduction & Applicability

Lpoker (lpoker.bet) is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated for members in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of lpoker's services.

By registering on lpoker or using any of its services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full. If you object to any term, please refrain from using the site.

👤Account Registration

To open an account on lpoker, the following conditions must be met:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. lpoker may request a copy of a national ID card or passport to verify age.
• Each person may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration — including your name, date of birth, and mobile number — must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may cause complications later.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with anyone. If you believe your password has been compromised, change it immediately and contact lpoker Support.
• If any suspicious activity is detected, lpoker may temporarily suspend the account pending verification.

💸Deposit & Withdrawal

Lpoker supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100. There is no maximum limit, though larger amounts may require additional verification.
• Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket. Deposits are generally instant — in most cases, your balance is updated within 5 minutes.
• Withdrawal Time: Payouts are processed within 5 to 15 minutes of a win. On occasion, security checks may extend this to up to 30 minutes.
• Use of Own Account: Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. The use of third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal with Bonus: Turnover requirements must be met before a bonus balance can be withdrawn. Withdrawing before the requirements are fulfilled may result in the bonus being forfeited.

🎁Bonuses & Promotions

Lpoker regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Before using any bonus, there are a few things you should know:

• Each bonus offer has its own specific terms, detailed on the offer page. Where special conditions exist beyond the general rules, those special conditions will apply.
• Lpoker's maximum bonus turnover requirement is 3x — meaning once you wager three times the bonus amount, the bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• The welcome bonus is available on your first deposit only and can be claimed once. Claiming it across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Lpoker reserves the right to modify, cancel, or update the terms of any bonus offer at any time. However, changes will not apply to bonuses already claimed and in progress.
• While one bonus is active, other bonuses generally cannot be used simultaneously, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.

🏆Betting Rules

The following rules apply at all times for Sports Betting and gaming on lpoker:

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is placed and a system confirmation is sent, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except through the live cashout feature.
• Odds Changes: Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds at the exact moment your bet is submitted will be treated as final.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled or does not take place, the stake is generally refunded. If the result is determined by the DLS method, the bet will be counted as valid.
• Betting Limits: lpoker sets the maximum bet limit per match, which may vary across different markets. Large bets may be subject to additional verification.
• Technical Issues: If a bet is left incomplete due to a server error or connection loss, lpoker will investigate and make a final determination.

🚫Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on lpoker. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Placing bets or playing games using any software, bot, script, or automated method.
• Altering account information or submitting fraudulent documents.
• Claiming bonus benefits multiple times through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to access another member's account without their permission.
• Any attempt to hack or breach the security of lpoker's systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering.

🔐Account Closure & Suspension

Here is a full breakdown of how you can close your account yourself, and the circumstances under which lpoker may suspend an account:

• Self-Exclusion: Any member may close or temporarily deactivate their account at will. Please contact lpoker Support to do so.
• Responsible Gaming Break: If you feel your betting habits are becoming difficult to control, self-exclusion is available for periods ranging from 30 days to 6 months.
• Suspended by lpoker: lpoker may temporarily or permanently suspend an account for violations of these terms, suspicious activity, or verification requirements.
• Balance After Closure: If you have a valid balance, withdrawal is still possible after account closure — provided verification has been completed.

🔒Privacy Policy

⚖️Limitation of Liability

Lpoker is not liable for the following:

• Any loss in betting or gaming due to internet disconnection.
• Any account loss resulting from a member's own negligence or error.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Temporary service disruptions caused by unexpected technical issues.

That said, lpoker always strives to resolve member issues promptly and will consider compensation wherever possible.

📝Changes to Terms

Lpoker reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we are committed to being fully transparent:

• For significant changes, you will be notified via your registered mobile number or an in-app notification.
• The date of the last update will always be shown at the top of this page.
• Continued use of lpoker after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you object to any changes, you always have the option to close your account.
